Mission The Data Analyst provides compensation and HR systems support for new and existing initiatives within the Human Resources group. Works on HRIS and compensation projects/initiatives to improve efficiencies for the company. The Data Analyst will work closely with the Senior Manager of HRIS and Director of Compensation & Benefits and this position will be responsible for providing in-depth analytics for common Human Resources reporting processes. Main Responsibilities -Ability to provide in-depth analysis within assigned timelines to support HR initiatives and projects -Effectively communicate data analytical findings with upper management -Develop and maintain complex databases and spreadsheets -Identify opportunities to streamline and/or transition processes within the HR function -Develop and maintain detailed procedures and process flows -Design/Create ad hoc reports for the HR group -Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data -Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings -Responsible for creation of job descriptions and reviewing of global job codes -Provide support within SAP SuccessFactors -Provide ad hoc reporting support to HR Directors and HR Managers on information requests Knowledge, Skills and Abilities -Adept at working with Microsoft Excel (formulas, calculations), advanced knowledge a plus -Must have ability to successfully perform independent in-depth analysis -Strong analytical and system skills -Ability to prioritize projects Colas Inc. and its subsidiaries are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
