    JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining a pleasant and consistent flow in the daily operations of the clinic by providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with fellow employees, physician offices, patients and insurance companies, and efficiently handling all tasks related to claims and financial submissions. Supports and contributes to the mission, vision and values of the company: QUALIFICATIONS - Required Education - High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience - One to two years experience reception or front office experience. Skills - Excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision, as a member of a team, efficient time management skills, computer programs including (Word, Excel, etc.). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience - Reception experience in a medical office setting is preferred. JOB FUNCTIONS Reception - Greets everyone who enters the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner. Scheduling - Schedules new referrals received by fax or by telephone from patients, physician offices, or other sources. Insurance - Verifies insurance coverage for patients under workers'' compensation, motor vehicle accident, or those scheduled with less than 24 hours notification. Financial Transactions - Collects patient copayments and puts in a secure location. Documentation - Maintains and orderly and organized front office workspace.

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • Knowledge of plumbing and gas fitting design, including applying codes, standards and specifications.
    • Knowledge of principles and practices of plumbing and gas fitting system planning, pipeline design and construction work, underground utility construction and inspection, engineering design, and environmental control.
    • Ability to read plumbing and gas fitting plans to evaluate the adequacy of design based on engineering principles and applicable codes.
    • Ability to review a complex water/sewer project for adequacy and constructability.
    • Knowledge of design of pressure sewer systems and their components.
    • Ability to develop cost estimates for plumbing, gas fitting, or water and sewer utility projects.
    • Ability to efficiently manage numerous projects, including large, high profile and complex projects that involve multiple development parts, high rises, mixed-use/multi-units, any size water/sewer mains, any size water meters, and pressure reducing valves and special designs.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
