Retail Store Shift Leader- National City Miniso USA - National City, CA Shift Leader (Full-Time) Miniso USA- National City, CA (Westfield Plaza Bonita) MINISO is an established international brand with over 10,000 employees and 1,500 stores worldwide. MINISO USA currently seeking enthusiastic Shift Leadersto join our team! The Shift Leaderwill perform all duties of a retail associate as well as help to open/close the store and supervise all employees. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Greet and connect with customers to create a warm environment and provide excellent service * Answer customers' questions about products and give suggestions as necessary * Maintain sales floor presentations while restocking products as needed * Assist in the maintenance of store front and retail displays * Accurately handle all cash and credit transactions, including purchases, exchanges, and returns, using standard procedures * Count cash drawer at the end of the day to ensure correct cash receipts and be able to resolve any discrepancies * Assist in the opening and closing of the retail location

• Aid the Store Manager in supervising and training retail associates * Resolve and escalate issues with unsatisfied customers * Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm to reflect Miniso USA's commitment to customers * Contribute to the overall sales goals of the store * Stock and organize new products as shipments arrive to the store * Other duties as needed Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent * At least 1 year of retail experience in a supervisory role, such as a keyholder, supervisor, shift leader, or assistant manager * Previous cash handling experience * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management * Possess strong mathematical skills to be able to count money accurately and precisely * Available to work a variety of hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and possible holidays Job Type: Full-time 22 hours ago - save job
