ONCE PERM YOU WILL QUALIFY FOR BENEFITS AFTER 60 DAYS OF PERMANENT STATUS. * PAY: $16 PER HOUR (NON- NEGOTIABLE) * DAYS: MONDAY-FRIDAY * WORKING HOURS: 8:30AM-5PM * START DATE: ASAP *** WE ARE CONSIDERING CANDIDATES WHO WANT A LONG TERM POSITION ONLY *** POSITION DESCRIPTION * The Office Coordinator is responsible for providing customer service support to internal and external customers in a sales and service office atmosphere * Produce and maintains records and files that relate to funeral arrangements, vital statistics, financial arrangements, accounts payable, and sales commissions * Provide lead management and contract validation and processing support to sales team. * Strong customer orientation customer focused approach for internal and external customers * Shows consistency among principles, values, ethical standards and personal behavior * Conveys information clearly and concisely in written and spoken communication * Listens effectively and provides frequent feedback * Utilizes optimal level of collaboration with team members to achieve business goals * Relates well to people with diverse backgrounds and perspectives * Maintains composure and constructive relationships in a fast-paced office * Liaison between corporate office and field location (strong written and verbal effective communication skills) REQUIREMENTS
