RISK MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR
(5 years of Experience & Bachelor’s degree)
- Manage Newegg’s corporate/non-consumer insurance programs through brokers and directly with insurance carriers.
- Analyze insurance needs by identifying risk exposures and classifying them to optimize coverage, costs and settlements.
- Research and compile loss trends, generate meaningful models and reporting to support decisions.
- Responsible to develop and maintain Insurance policy.
- Innovate and develop best practices specific to the needs of each Newegg business.
- Manage renewals and applications processes
- Manage daily Certificate of Insurance process including proactive vendor management and risk mitigation
- Develop policies and procedures to meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements.
- Ensure claims are effectively and efficiently managed
- Ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
- Create presentations and implement risk management policies to reduce company exposures.
- The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other departments within the company.
- Experience with DNO and Professional E&O insurance
- Prior work at an insurance broker or with a broker
- Reports to Senior Director of Procurement
