Student Fellows/Interns Summary: It is our company goal to help students increase their chances of being hired into the job market upon graduation and/or create a powerful environment for students to receive academic credit toward graduation. Our Student Fellow (unpaid internship) program resembles that of an educational program in that we will partner with our interns directly to create a well-structured plan for their time with us by leveraging their specific program requirements, syllabus, etc. The internship provides students with real-life educational experiences that could be obtained only outside of a classroom by allowing participation in business operations directly. Essential Functions: Responsible for achieving educational goals as agreed by the student and business representative relevant to the objectives of their academic program and/or interests Consistent with learning objectives in most school classes, the department will structure this internship to provide the student fellow with an individual training program, or tailor an intern's tasks toward an educational goal. Assist and participate in daily activities which could include light administrative support to the assigned team Other Responsibilities: Performs other education-related duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent education. Currently enrolled in or have graduated less than one year prior from an accredited educational institution or certificate program. Additionally, must meet eligibility requirements set forth in the Companys Student Fellow Program. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and voicemail. Above average attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational, interpersonal, and team- oriented skills. Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
