The Store Operations Intern is critical in ensuring we meet that goal, by supporting the store leaders on various tasks that impact the stores bottom line. The Store Operations Intern must be highly organized in not only administrative tasks but be a strategic thought partner to all the cross functional teams. The intern will assist in driving the process behind crucial projects that will impact the stores business and customer experience. This position reports to the Senior Director of Store Operations. Some of the functions the Store Operations Intern will perform: -Maintain calendars, including day-to-day and long-term management of meetings, projects and priorities -Collect, create and assemble information for presentations, projects and strategic planning -Schedule all meetings and travel, including prioritizing meetings and communicating all relevant details to participants -Ensure manager is prepared for upcoming meetings by creating and gathering materials necessary for each meeting -Submit and reconcile expense reports Embody our values: Serve Others and Own it. You are someone who proactively identifies and solves problems The Ideal Candidate will have, among other skills and abilities: -Proven organization and time management skills to complete a high volume of varied responsibilities in a fast-paced setting with excellent attention to detail and the belief that no task is too big or too small -Pursuing a bachelors degree in business, or related field -3.0 GPA or higher -Balance conflicting priorities in order to manage workflow, ensure the completion of assigned projects and meet critical deadlines -Work as a member of the team, willingly provide back-up support for co-workers when appropriate and actively support group goals -Exhibit sound judgment and the ability to make reasonable decisions in the absence of direction -Works effectively without constant and direct supervision -Produce well thought-out, professional correspondence free of grammatical and spelling errors -Superb communication skills (written and oral) with a confident, concise, clear and compelling style -Excellent relationship builder; able to demonstrate a high level of tact, discretion, and diplomacy. Must also demonstrate the ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information -Proficient in MS Office, Power Point and MS Word -Resourceful, strategic problem-solving ability with a fun, positive can do attitude
