Position Summary We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to help drive high quality releases. The role will be to develop test strategy for projects, monitoring the test case coverage and evaluating the overall quality based on the requirements. Responsibilities * Partner with Product Owner to ensure business requirements are valid & ensure test cases are developed according to requirements and ensure that all partier remain informed and accountable. * Participate in team strategy, grooming and planning session * Translate Business Scenarios to End to End flows (using BDD specification) * Identify ensuring data integrity throughout the process * Proactive identity test gaps, quality risk and process failures * Provide overall system knowledge, particularly around inter-dependencies * Escalate critical issues at the appropriate time, and help identify solutions and mitigation options * Collaborate with the team to ensure high level of quality deliverables and client satisfaction * Reviewing automation test results and supporting behavior driven development (using Cucumber). Required Knowledge & Skills * Knowledge of test and tool development methodology * Scrum Aglie experience * Knowledge and experience in Software Development Life Cycle * Hands-on experience in creating test strategies. * Root Cause Analysis * Highly organized and capable of coordinating test efforts according to risk, resources, priority * Good written and verbal communication skills. Education / Experience * Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Math or Engineering or equivalent experience * 3+ years professional hands-on testing experience within the Quality Assurance discipline Tools preferred: * Rally * Confluence * Jenkins It'd be nice to have: * SAFe experience * Any knowledge on automation tools such as Java/Ruby and Scripting with Cucumber.
