    Job Description

    Reporting to the Senior Director, Employee Engagement, the Employee Engagement Program Manager will support the ongoing development and employee engagement strategy by leveraging employee insights and partnering with key stakeholders to design and deploy innovative, engaging, and impactful employee engagement programs and internal communication. The Employee Engagement Program Manager will be core to evolving an inclusive and diverse culture at Zscaler where everyone can do their best work.

    The ideal candidate will be hands-on with excellent organizational and communication skills, a deep understanding of equity and inclusion and a track record of designing and deploying innovative solutions that generate results. This position requires an ability to think strategically about problems as well as have a knack for tactical execution.

    • Leverage strong program management skills to define, execute and communicate organization-wide employee engagement initiatives, including management of cross-group team members, influencing multiple stakeholders, defining project plans and resourcing, overseeing implementation activities and developing all processes associated with program roll-out and continued support.

    • Define programs by using analytics and data to translate research and trends into actionable opportunities to impact employee experience.

    • Influence and partner with cross functional teams across People and Culture and business team members to develop and launch effective employee programs.

    • Develop feedback mechanisms with employee engagement activities to enable feedback and employee dialogue.

    • Determine best ways to engage, recognize and reward employees across a distributed workforce.

     

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years’ of combined experience implementing employee engagement programs in high-growth, fast-paced global technology or operations organizations.

    • Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to keep stakeholders informed and included in a way that builds trust. 

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Experience managing and driving meaningful action of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs across multiple functions and numerous stakeholders.

    • Demonstrated experience articulating a vision, translating it into executable strategy and driving cross-functional teams to deliver against the plan.

    • Self-starter with excellent business and People Operations acumen; comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Skilled in translating external and internal trends into innovative and creative practices.

    • Skilled in translating data and analytics to develop insights, tell stories, drive decisions and measure impact.

    • Proven collaborative experience with a natural orientation towards community building and organizing.

    • Experience proactively taking initiative, collaboratively driving strategy, using good judgment to prioritize requests, and working with minimal direction
