Job Description
In Zscaler’s Program Management Office (PMO), you will be responsible for driving the delivery of new features, products, and cross-functional programs. You will create processes where needed to streamline delivery, consistently drive plans to resolution, and maintain clear, organized program documents available to all stakeholders.
The successful candidate in this position is team-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced growing company, and thrives on getting things done. Your key strengths are the ability to align teams across organizations to deliver new features and products, excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail. Direct experience as a program or project manager in software development is essential. Prior experience working with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Eng, QA, Ops, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Legal) to launch new features and products in addition is preferred.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $162,500 to $250,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
