    Job Description

    As a Service Partner Manager, you’ll engage and support Zscaler’s professional services partners to help develop the skills and knowledge to grow their capabilities and service revenues.  You’ll play a key role in providing a blend of guidance, enablement and deal-level support to ensure our partners’ success and growth in their services practices.  

     

    RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT DUTIES:

    ●      Oversees existing partner relationships & Professional Services program compliance

    ●      Supports new partners through onboarding, enablement & operational support

    ●      Develops and implements strategies for increasing the partners service capabilities

    ●      Provides point of engagement for pipeline & opportunity support as well as overall service business growth

     

     

    PARTNER ENGAGEMENT DUTIES:

    The primary responsibilities of this role include the following activities:[1] 

    ●      Executes partnership program SOPs to ensure seamless customer experience for services partners

    ●      Serves as team lead for all partners within the program

    ●      Onboards new partners including training, program education and new partner orientation

    ●      Assists partners with program questions, support needs and deal-level execution

    ●      Manages partner reporting and performance assessment

    ●      Executes quarterly business reviews with partners to review compliance, performance and strategic priorities to support partner growth objectives

    ●      Coordinates and executes partner training on new products and services

    ●      Analyze Partner performance and customer NPS & CSAT scores to identify trends and corresponding action plans

    The Ops team will handle the backend stuff for us.  We just need to document and define it.
