Job Description
As a CS and Renewals Enablement Manager, you will be a key member of our Sales Strategy and Enablement team, and will contribute to the Global Customer Success and Renewal team’s success by building training programs and enabling a high-performing team.
The Customer Success and Renewal Enablement Manager will work closely with the CS and Renewals managers to help accelerate the delivery of revenue retention and generating programs. This person aids in defining, delivering and evolving top priority programs and focuses on metrics to ramp, upskill and develop the CS and Renewals team. This person will own the end-to-end programs and learnings for delivering multimedia enablement content that will equip the CS organization through training/instruction, practice and retention related activities. This person is a rockstar project manager with a proven track record of problem solving and efficiently executing large, complicated projects under tight timelines. Ideally this person has proven to be successful in driving outcomes for their customers and recognizing repeatable activities that help drive Customers’ Value Realization.
We are looking for someone whose passions sit at the intersection of driving customer outcomes and creating organizational change. In this role you will create and implement processes, training, messaging, tools, and content that will aid in building operational best practices for our CS and Renewal organizations.
On a day-to-day basis you will facilitate the onboarding and continuous learning programs for new CSMs and Renewals team members, coach team members on how to better serve our customers, and develop training materials. Additionally, you will measure training success and proactively recommend program changes. A successful candidate will have outstanding presentation and communication skills, be highly organized, focused, and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple projects.
The CS and Renewals enablement manager is a consultant at heart, highly organized, proven successful in project management with the ability to influence solution delivery. They are comfortable in highly technical environments, work well with ambiguity, and are able to clearly define project objectives and manage timelines, resources, and risks. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced team; the ideal candidate must be willing to “roll up the sleeves” and make decisions quickly so we get things done!
