Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with product leadership to accelerate deployments of Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) product for the assigned customers, your success is measured by successful deployments of the product in defined time windows
Actively engage with product and engineering teams to provide feedback on product evolution and act as a customer advocate
Actively evaluate, document and deploy new product capabilities in demo scenarios
Actively work with Customer success and sales team to engage with customers and prospects to show the value in product during and after the deployments and help with upell and expansion use cases
Be a thought leader in DEM space, must be capable of writing customer facing blogs, technical documentation and hosting technical hands-on training sessions for customers and internal teams
Report status crisply and succinctly to multiple stakeholders, product leadership and customers.
Qualifications
5-7 years of prior hands-on experience with large scale deployments of DEM (Digital Experience Monitoring) or Network and endpoint Monitoring products is highly desirable
Deep understanding of Internet and Network protocols such as TCP, UDP, HTTP, DNS, SSL etc. is mandatory
Deep understanding of Proxies, Firewall, VPN based security stack is highly desirable
Ability to break down complex tasks into simple actionable steps with well defined and measurable outcomes is needed
ELK/scripting experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and track the engagement and activity using project management tools is mandatory
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as this is a customer facing role and interacts with multiple stakeholders including sales, engineering, product management etc. on a daily basis
