    POSITION- SR. MANAGER, BUSINESS APPLICATIONS – PEOPLETECH / HRIS LOCATION: REMOTE WITHIN UNITED STATES

    The Senior Manager, Business Applications – PeopleTech is a critical role and will be responsible for creating and delivering scalable and impactful technology solutions to enable our People & Culture (HR) function. This individual will oversee the implementation and optimization of the HR technology stack in alignment with the vision of the HR programs, business processes and policy strategies. The primary systems you will be working with are SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters and related applications. Also, you are expected to have deep process understanding of HR operations and be hands-on with the SuccessFactors platform. The successful candidate will have the ability to drive consensus and provide direction and is a hands-on subject matter expert capable of delivering the technology solutions required to solve complex business challenges.

    RESPONSIBILITIES/WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Collaborate with business leaders and decision makers to develop the overall global HRIS technology vision and strategy
    • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that the project roadmap continuously reflects business priorities as projects and business needs change
    • Work with HR teams, including subject matter experts and leadership, on strategic and ad-hoc HR technology requests. Provide best practice information for efficacy and compliance purposes
    • Conduct and/or facilitate complex system testing, identify discrepancies, and formulate remediation plan. Works with HR, Finance, IT teams and Auditors to document, test and remediate compliance related matters
    • Lead design and process development to support the HR team globally
    • Align with the strategic initiatives that drive the company’s growth
    • Maintain strong relationships based on trust and transparency with primary business stakeholders
  • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS/YOUR BACKGROUND:

    • Minimum of 10 year of IT industry experience in complete software development life cycle process including System Analysis, Process Design, Testing, Implementation and Documentation
    • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience on any HRIS platform
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience on SuccessFactor HRIS system
    • Strong understanding and experience of HCM core business processes
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast changing environment with an ability to adapt as needed
    • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems
    • Ability to manage shifting responsibilities in a dynamic and cross-functional teamwork environment
    • Track record of planning and executing complex HRIS projects
    • Excellent leadership and project delivery skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
    • Highly self-motivated and directed by being a great team player 
    • Keen attention to details 
    • 4-year degree BS/BA in a technical, business or other analytical field required
