POSITION: SR. DATA INSIGHTS ANALYST LOCATION: REMOTE WITHIN UNITED STATES

This is a high-impact role that will give you the opportunity to translate raw data into actionable insights through analytics, experimentation, and hypothesis. As a Sr. Data Insights Analyst, you will work closely with customer success managers, customer support, product managers, business development & sales, and finance teams to leverage data and analytics to gain a deep understanding of the business, uncover trends, and help drive key company-wide initiatives to solve their most complex problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES/WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• You will drive cross-functional impact by proposing and conducting quantitative analysis & delivering insights into key behaviors and business trends, in partnership with business and technical teams.
• Lead projects that aim to better understand the behavior of our growing customer base (Sales Motion, Onboarding, Adoption, Retention, Churn) and propose recommendations
• Define and monitor key metrics; investigate changes in metrics and propose next steps
• Manage analytics lifecycle for new data insights products and features - from concept to end delivery
• Present and articulate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Perform ad-hoc reporting & analytics for Customer Success, Support, People & Culture, Sales, & Finance teams

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS/YOUR BACKGROUND:

• 6-8 years of experience in analytics or quantitative field
• Strong experience with data analysis and statistical modeling, manipulating large data sets, interpreting data trends and using a multitude of disparate data sources and tools
• Proven track record of executing on analytics roadmap and generating insights/recommendations
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in visualization tool such as Tableau/Tableau CRM
• Strong experience collaborating with business stakeholders and users to understand, document, and implement data & analytics needs
• Strong experience with Python or R
• Perform root-cause analysis to identify patterns and be able to explain data anomalies
• Experience implementing data governance framework and deliverables is desirable
