Job Description

• Deliver the GTM business analytics and insights for each sales Area such as forecast projections, sales team performance, whitespace opportunities and channel performance
• Establishing a repeatable cadence to communicate analytical results to key stakeholders
• Lead business process, workflow creation, and productivity improvement initiatives 
• Data optimization via pipeline management and data hygiene
• Interface with managers and reps on a daily basis to understand pains and propose solutions

Qualifications

• Has 1-5 years’ experience working in sales operations, finance or analytic roles.
• Proficient in SFDC, Excel, Powerpoint, Tableau
• Strong customer service orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced/high-growth environments and dealing with ambiguity/ changing priorities
• Comfortable building senior-level relationships in and outside of the Sales organization
• Is excited by the opportunity to continue to learn and grow
