Program Manager, Cloud Operation Problem Management Program
Job Description
The Zscaler Cloud Operations team is growing and we are looking for a Program Manager to join our new Problem Management Program. We are seeking a high performing team member who can work cross functionally, share industry best practices and help Zscaler scale to meet the needs of our rapidly expanding global business.
The Cloud Operations Program Manager will be responsible for executing the IT Service Management framework at Zscaler, working with multiple teams to improve the products and services we offer.
The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of collaborative, technical and project management skills. Technical background in infrastructure, servers, networks, and experience with data center operations is required.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $ to $ + bonus + equity + benefits.
