    Job Description

    The Zscaler Cloud Operations team is growing and we are looking for a Program Manager to join our new Problem Management Program. We are seeking a high performing team member who can work cross functionally, share industry best practices and help Zscaler scale to meet the needs of our rapidly expanding global business.

    The Cloud Operations Program Manager will be responsible for executing the IT Service Management framework at Zscaler, working with multiple teams to improve the products and services we offer.

    The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of collaborative, technical and project management skills. Technical background in infrastructure, servers, networks, and experience with data center operations is required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Produce robust Problem Management program documentation, templates, escalation paths and standards
    • Organize and facilitate collaboration between multiple teams for effective resolution
    • Run incident’ post-mortem’, identifying gaps and action items for improvements
    • Actively follow up on post-incident action items, escalating when necessary to deliver on Service Level Agreements
    • Analyze Incidents and Problems for trends to proactively identify issues before they impact Customers
    • Review and contribute to the improvement of the incident response and problem management processes based on lessons learned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • **** U.S. Citizenship** ** is required for this position due to the nature of customers assigned to this role.
    • 5 years of IT Service Management (ITSM) experience
    • Prior experience in networking, infrastructure and data center operations
    • Prior experience working with incident response/incident management teams within SaaS company
    • Solid working knowledge and/or understanding of ISO 270001 or another compliance environment
    • Superior communication skills and attention to detail.
    • Technically savvy and at ease leading both technical and non-technical discussions.
    • Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent project management, problem solving, and communication skills with the ability to execute under a high degree of urgency

    Additional Information

    The base salary range for this full-time position is $ to $ + bonus + equity + benefits.

    Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
