  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Position Summary

    Responsible for a variety of support functions for accounting and operations. These functions include communication, data entry, basic
    accounting tasks, processing transactions for accounts receivable and/or accounts payable, purchasing, utilization of the payroll software
    system, new hire activities, reporting and operational support.

    Job Functions

    Process all financial and accounting transactions (AP/AR/Billing/Collections/Credit Cards) to established
    standards and completed within targeted deadlines 50

    • Make administrative purchases for recurring lab and office supplies
    • Support payroll via Kronos timekeeping
    • Ensures outstanding account balances
    • Ensures compliance with all internal controls
    • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls in a timely and polite manner
    • Create reports required by management
    • Greet applicants, new hires, maintenance and visitors and direct to the correct destination
    • Receive, sort and distribute mail
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    • High school degree (Required)

    • 2+ year experience in a related field (Required)

    • Written and verbal communication skills necessary to cross
      multiple disciplines (Required)

    • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel (Required)

    Pay Range: $23.00-$29.00/ hour
