Our Anchorage, AK laboratory is looking for a Client Services Manager to join their team! This position will manage, maintain and grow internal and external customer relationships. The Manager, Client Services is responsible for managing the client services team. He/she will provide coaching, and guidance on workflow, compliance, services, and client relationships. The Manager, Client Services will partner with business leaders to identify challenges within the department with metrics and provide valuable solutions in an ongoing effort to improve workflow and processes.
