Account Manager for Business Management Firm
This position will act as the key link between headquarters and assigned branches and our clients. As a key position in the fastest growing region in our company, we are looking for a team member that will take ownership of their account as if it’s their own business to instill the brand values and key initiatives.
Our Account Managers are empowered with full insight and operational control of their respective locations.
The position is accountable for leading and managing on-site service delivery while ensuring a positive financial return on the operations. In addition to the client engagement, financial responsibility, and service level fulfillment of their operations, this position will ensure safety, quality staffing and resource planning to fulfill corporate goals and brand standards.
This role serves at the management leader for overall client relations, P&L performance, operations, staff hiring and management and administration at the assigned location including but not limited to:
Ensuring the assigned location is managed so that key performance measurement meet or exceed budgeted goals and brand standards
Responsibility for P&L performance for the assigned location including meeting or exceeding service delivery KPIs and SLA’s
Understanding and managing to KPI’s for the assigned account by focusing on the need to recruit, hire, train, motivate and manage large numbers of hourly associates to handle outsourced functions
Sets a leadership example and maintains a positive and effective open line of communication at all levels of the organization from hourly associates to senior level management.
Continually seeks opportunities for improvements, efficiency and business growth. Makes recommendations and implements best practices and procedures
Acts as leader for local Recruiting & Human Resources to achieve staffing requirements and retention targets to include:
Workforce planning and headcount management
Oversight of on-boarding and training procedures for assigned accounts.
Talent acquisition and employee engagement
Serves as key point of contact for on-site client management for assigned accounts(s).
Client relationship management including problem and issue resolution
Identification of opportunities to expand EDS’ business
Ensuring increase in Net Promoter Scores of client with emphasis on achieving high level of customer satisfaction and speed of service
Previous work experience, preferred in hospitality, aviation, automotive
College degree
Bilingual a plus
Valid drivers license
Previous supervisory experience a plus
