Job Description
THE INTERNATIONAL SOLUTIONS MANAGER WILL SELL SGS'S PORTFOLIO OF FOOD INSPECTION, CERTIFICATION AND AUDITING SERVICES TO CLIENTS WITHIN THE FOOD INDUSTRY. OUR CLIENT BASE INCLUDES RETAILERS, MANUFACTURERS AND THE SERVICE INDUSTRY. THIS ROLE SITS WITHIN SGS'S HEALTH & NUTRITION (H&N) BUSINESS UNIT AND WILL HAVE A GLOBAL REMIT.
YOU WILL:
- Prospect and sell SGS's portfolio of services to an international client base utilizing our internal network of laboratories and services;
- Win exclusive contracts, whenever possible, as a preferable option compared to Frame contracts;
- Develop a global sales strategy to achieve defined sales targets;
- Take ownership of negotiations from initial contact to contract sign off and handle RFIs and RFPs;
- Enhance worldwide revenue, profit and market share with major multinational accounts through both existing and new business;
- Produce accurate and detailed proposals for clients in accordance with SGS procedures and global pricing structure in a timely manner;
- Ensure that SGS has the necessary capability and resources to perform contracted work as required, in order to ensure a correct and smooth execution of service;
- Lead the roll out of new strategic SGS food services or solutions through multinational companies;
- Develop very close relationships with all appropriate SGS technical teams.
