  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    ·  Develop and execute an individual business plan, that aligns with the company’s sales strategy, to achieve established annual sales objectives/targets.

    ·  Build an adequate pipeline of business to achieve sales objectives by identifying, pursuing, and developing relationships with current and potential clients.

    ·  Coordinate and work with the design team, project management and estimating team, and construction to fully deliver on customer/project requests and proposals.

    ·  Collaborate and coordinate with other divisions/departments towards better execution of company’s business plans and business development activities.

    ·  Evaluate all cross-marketing prospects of the organization and provide needed assistance with all cross-marketing/sales initiatives of the company (Building Products, Studio, Manufacturing and Construction).

    ·  Respond timely to incoming inquiries and sales leads

    ·  Keep management apprised of current and anticipated market conditions.

    ·  Work closely with Project Management and Legal Department on preparation of contracts and supporting documents.

    ·  Maintain ongoing client relationships after project start-up. Continue coordination and collaboration with all internal project stakeholders through project completion.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ·  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

    ·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    ·  Ability to prioritize and manage workload.

    ·  Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

    ·  Strong networking skills.

    ·  Excellent negotiating skills

    ·  Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

    ·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    ·  Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.

    ·  Willingness to travel up to 50%

    ·  Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) cloud base CRM and/or project management tools such as HubSpot, ProCore, MS Project.
