    Job Summary

    About the Position: As the Budget Analyst for HQ Communication Electronics Command G8 office, Budget Execution Division Branch, you will manage all components of assigned Army Working Capital Funds fiscal management functions. The Acquisition Demonstration program provides initiatives such as: simplified classification, streamlined hiring and expanded developmental opportunities.

    Job Description

    • Analyzes, monitors, and executes resources in support of the AWCF SMA and/or IO programs.
    • Army Working Capital Fund/Industrial Operations (IO) work includes (but not limited to) funds management (e.g., AWCF IO Reimbursable Authority (RA) and Capital Investment Program (CIP)) and acceptance of customer funds/workload of TYAD.
    • Assesses historical data, current trends, program needs, and performer’s ability to execute Contract/Reimbursable Authority (i.e., funds received for execution).
    • Analyze Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF) and AWCF adjacent fiscal policy issues.
    • Collects/consolidates and analyzes historical data from multiple sources to answer reporting requirements.
    • Drafts reporting end products in support of applicable submissions to requesting activity/office.
