    Job Summary

    About the Position: This position supervises Regional Operations Chief (ROC) Cell staff and Systems Technical Representatives (STRs) within the region. Has delegated authority for planning, coordinating, and directing technical assistance services and support for CECOM and the Army Medical Logistics Command (AMLC) within a geographic region.

    Job Description

    • Manages the execution of technical assistance activities.
    • Manages the Logistics Assistance Representatives assigned to the Logistics Assistance Program (LAP) within a geographic region.
    • Monitors the workload of Logistics Assistance Representatives, Field Service Representatives, Field Software Engineers, and other technical personnel providing technical assistance.
    • Plans and executes technical assistance activities to improve and sustain the material readiness of equipment and software for supported units within a geographic region
