SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level or band which includes:1) Interpret and advise on advance supply and logistics management methods, regulations, procedures for automated supply and logistics information systems: 2) Analyzing, evaluating, and implementing supply and logistics information systems for supply, maintenance, transportation, procurement, and office automation; 3) Plan and conduct project/studies relating to management of numerous automated and manual supply management system. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work at the equivalent of the highest pay grade within the NH-02 pay band, or GS-11 under the General Schedule, or other pay system in the Federal service. The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) is the Army’s materiel integrator for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) readiness. As a major subordinate command of the U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC), CECOM collaborates with Army Commands, Program Executive Offices, other AMC commands, and industry partners to provide, integrate, and sustain world-class C5ISR hardware, software, and mission command capabilities for the joint warfighter. CECOM maintains a global team of approximately 9,000 Soldiers, civilians, and contractors and is headquartered at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD.
