Job Description

• Supports senior staff as required and ensures customer requirements and project milestones are met.
• Perform hands-on integration and testing of software with target hardware in the loop and for interfacing with various disciplines including system engineering, software engineering, and configuration management staff and groups.
• Update and maintain scripts to address business and technical use cases.
• Update and maintain Test Reports and Test Plans.
• Manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.

My specialized experience includes, or was supplemented by, information technology related experience (paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training, as appropriate) which demonstrates each of the four competencies, as defined: (1) Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. Examples of IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: completing thorough and accurate work independently, even in the most difficult or stressful situations; occasionally reviewing work completed by others; (2) Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. AND In addition to the competencies, one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (NH-2/GS-11) in the Federal service which includes: 1) Experience utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software application system, and Systems Application and Products (SAP); 2) Experience performing or utilizing software coding development in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP); AND 3) Experience debugging and/ or maintaining complex reports or forms.
