Basic Requirements for IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS/SYSADMIN) IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below, based on the grade-level required, at this position being filled: 1. Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. 2. Specialized Experience In addition to meeting the basic requirement listed above ; To qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) 1) Implementing audio visual and video distribution system (AV/VDS) experience in regulatory requirements for complete system testing and security accreditation. AND 2) Applying knowledge and experience with using new and existing methods to solve multi-disciplinary integration problems involving state-of-the-art equipment audio visual equipment, classified networks, and leveraging enterprise capabilities. AND 3) Planning long-or short term organizational objectives. The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) is the Army’s materiel integrator for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) readiness. As a major subordinate command of the U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC), CECOM collaborates with Army Commands, Program Executive Offices, other AMC commands, and industry partners to provide, integrate, and sustain world-class C5ISR hardware, software, and mission command capabilities for the joint warfighter.
