About the Position: The is a Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Relationship Manager (BRM) position.

    Job Description

    • Providing technical expertise to a group or team of ERP and System, Application and Product (SAP) administrators and to provide expert technical support in the area of Enterprise Resource Development.
    • Provide support as Release Manager for coordinating changes across the ERP landscape.
    • Responsible for discussing and helping the functional teams and customer with their business requirements for a wide range of system and process improvement projects as well as support complex daily operations.
    • Responsible to meet with the functional teams, customer, and other stakeholders for requirements management and alignment with the overall mission and process.
    • Work closely with the business process owners, technical teams, other functional teams and lead to resolve and document issues.
    • Responsible for development of Baseline Impact Assessments/Analysis (BIA), Basis of Estimate (BOE) and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) artifacts to support Programming, Planning, Budget and Execution (PPBE) process and Enterprise Governance.
    • Responsible for working with functional managers in evaluating standards and procedures and need for changes to accomplish program goals and objectives.
    • Responsible for creating and presenting white papers, briefings, architectures, and other technical and functional documents to support a range of program activities to peers and Army leaders at the 2 STAR level.
    • Must be able to communicate complex topics at all levels of the organization and to external partners.

AND Specialized and Other Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Providing technical expertise to a group or team of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and System, Application and Product (SAP) administrators; 2) Providing information technology troubleshooting, assistance and guidance to customers; and 3) Performing system administrative duties such as evaluating proposals for large scale architecture, oversee the design and development stages of large scale projects and strategies to integrate new technology into the current hardware, software and communications architecture etc.
