    Job Description

    • Serves as Team Lead Equipment Specialist (Provisioner) with full functional.
    • Responsibilities for provisioning requirements, includes Provisioning Parts List (PPL), Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP), Design Change Notices (DCN), Repair Parts and Special Tools List (RPSTL), and Pre-Procurement Screening.
    • Represents CECOM in all matters pertaining to Logistics Data requirements over the equipment life cycle.
    • Organizes and deliver briefings to high-level military and civilian officials, i.e., SES and general officer levels of management.
    • Coordinates, tracks, and oversees task completion and provisioning milestone schedules and product deliverables to meet deadlines, command suspense dates, and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
    • Delegates workload, provide advice, and guide team members.
    • Applies innovative approaches to promote efficiencies in provisioning process.
    • Identifies, selects, provision codes, supports initial supply requirements determination, and cataloging items to be procured or supported through the product life cycle.
    • Codes provisioning data per Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) requirements and regulations
    • Provides input to maintenance concept studies and participates in projects to provide and establish maintenance processes/procedures.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Developing and advising on all provisioning data requirements related to new systems/items introduction into the Army's inventory and sustaining over the equipment lifecycle; 2) Participating in planning for achievement of team goals and objectives; 3) Performing provisioning functions in accordance with policy and regulations. 4) Experience developing and processing within the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP). This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS 11 or above).
