    Job Description

    • Monitors contractual delivery schedules to ensure terms of the contract are met, considering command-assigned priority of the end item and contract delivery status.
    • Leads the team in analyzing supplier performance data from internal and external sources and supports data aggregation for scorecard metric calculation display.
    • Reviews data analysis on selected suppliers and reviews their SPM scorecard, supports briefings to senior leadership on supplier issues, and ensures standardized supplier status updates.
    • Ensures accuracy of cost and target award dates against the spend plan.
    • Reviews and amends planned procurement stage gates, base estimates, complexity, and constraints as acquisition requirements evolve.

Conduct root cause analysis to determine basis of delinquent supplier deliveries within the Logistics Modernization Program ERP system. Mitigate risks and issues working with supply support counterparts and contracting organizations. Coordinate with contracting centers and suppliers to develop plans for on-time delivery and sustained performance.
