Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level or band which includes: 1) Leads Risk Management and Internal Control program to ensure that internal controls are in place and operating effectively; 2) Apply knowledge of enterprise risk management, entity level controls and financial management practice, methods, and procedures in the reviewing regulations, laws, directives, financial ledgers, and related transactions and functions ; 3) Implement the development and execution of the Army Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness Plan and provide training guidance; and 4) Extensive knowledge of commonly used budget and/or finance practices, procedures, regulations, policies, guides, pertinent laws, and procedures that specifically pertain to assigned work. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02/GS-11).
The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) is the Army’s materiel integrator for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) readiness.
