Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Applying maintenance management regulations, policies, principles, and procedures in support of field level and sustainment level maintenance; 2) Demonstrate experience with maintenance management include forecasting, distribution, scheduling, and production control of maintenance workloads, including inspections, services, repairs, and warranty claim actions for equipment; 3) Demonstrate expertise in Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A), Maintenance Management processes, and Equipment Repair Parts processing; 4) Understand the application of the Army Authorization Document System (TAADS-)s, as pertains to Table of Distribution and Allowance (TDA) Organizational Structure and the process of modernizing equipment tables through the 4610-r (Equipment Changes in MTOE/TDA) process; and 5) Demonstrate experience relative to Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), Army Oil Analysis Program (AOAP), and the Army Modification Order (MWO), Safety of Use Messages (SOF) and Warranty Program. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02/GS-11).
