    Job Summary

    About the Position: Serves as a Management and Program Analyst for Communications-Electronics Command, Life Cycle Management CTSF (DA).

    Job Description

    • Serves as directorate primary point of contact to facilitate human resources programs and resolve problems.
    • Acts as liaison to the servicing Civilian Human Resource Service Center CHRSC and CECOM G1 for all aspects of the human resources process.
    • Provides guidance and assistance regarding these personnel matters in accordance with the appropriate statutes and regulatory guidance and procedures.
    • Works with management analysts in the directorate on RESHAPE Tables of Distribution and Allowances (TDA), RIF, and other tasks to implement personnel and manpower requirements.
    • Serves as the principal action officer and advisor for all civilian personnel actions which include position establishment and recruitment actions.
    • Oversees performance management, to include the AcqDEMO.
    • Collaborates and consults with personnel within and outside of the organization to develop business analyses/work products to meet organizational goals and objectives.
