In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes execution of strategic mission planning in complex environments; leading organizational teams, developing personnel, and successfully mitigating operational risks while enforcing rigorous standards; navigating complex regulatory frameworks and utilizing strong communication to influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups; and making high-stakes decisions and delivering successful mission outcomes under intense operational pressure. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03).

CAAA's mission is to safely receive, inspect, store, ship, renovate, demilitarize, and manufacture conventional ammunition, missiles, and related components to support Army and Joint Force readiness. We are and will remain the best producer and supplier of conventional munitions to the fighting ground, sea and air forces.
