    Job Description

    • Serves as senior group leader responsible for administrative supervision of 10-15 professional engineers, and full technical and administrative supervision of 10-15 information technology specialists and technicians
    • Oversees the execution of technical, administrative and personnel management responsibilities related to the accomplishment of the mission assigned.
    • Interviews candidates and makes selections for vacant positions.
    • Responsible for providing technical guidance to contract personnel supplementing the government workforce.
    • Plans and conducts studies to determine most feasible methodology to meet Army requirements using all available military and commercial equipment and systems.
    • Applies broad information technology knowledge and extensive experience with information systems to provide technical support advice and guidance.

AND Specialized and Other Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Group leader responsible for full supervision of professional engineers and information technology specialists that performs technical design, integration, and testing of telecommunications systems and facilities on a worldwide basis. Other duties include designing, directing, and carrying out complex and critical projects, studies, and technical integration.
