    Job Description

    • Work with customer at management levels to resolve problems affecting programs/projects; maintains effective relations with other logistics organizations to ensure support of mission requirements.
    • Establish, manage, and control a comprehensive Logistics review and assessment program covering all programs assigned to the Command; optimizes, controls, and manages all resources across projects/programs.
    • Assign work to subordinates based on priorities and selective considerations of the difficulties of assignments and capabilities of employees; identifies needs and makes provision for training and development of subordinates.
    • Assess and provide strategic direction for resolution of mission critical problems, policies, and procedures.

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Leadership Oral Communication Organizational Awareness Project Management This supervisory position is subject to a salary control point equivalent to the NH-04 (GS14 Equivalent) is GS14 step 01 to 15 step 06 base salary, or if the incumbent's salary currently exceeds the GS-15, step 06 level, the incumbent's salary will be put on a salary control point at the incumbents existing salary
