Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience which includes: Experience understanding and applying a broad range of supply program knowledge to include: 1) Utilizing, such as, Cloud Equipping (cQuiP) / Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) to support various supply chain or cataloging analyses; 2) Implements innovative approaches to resolve unusual/difficult issues significantly impacting important policies or programs; AND 3) Independently reviewing and analyzing logistics and supply policies; AND 4) Developing and maintaining automated systems with the cQuip and Logistics Modernization Program (LMP). This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02/GS-11).

The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) is the Army’s materiel integrator for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) readiness. As a major subordinate command of the U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC), CECOM collaborates with Army Commands, Program Executive Offices, other AMC commands, and industry partners to provide, integrate, and sustain world-class C5ISR hardware, software, and mission command capabilities for the joint warfighter. CECOM maintains a global team of approximately 9,000 Soldiers, civilians, and contractors and is headquartered at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD.
