Audit Services conducts audits and reports the results of our work to the Audit & Examinations Committee of the Board of Directors. We provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services delivered through a highly competent and diverse team. As a business partner, Audit helps the Company accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
Audit Services is separated into individual audit teams, each led by an Executive Audit Director (EAD). These teams include:
WFAS is seeking talented college graduates to join its audit team as an Associate Auditor. The Associate Auditor Program is an exciting place to begin your career. This 12-month professional development program will expose you to several areas of the company and allow you to develop critical skills in internal audit, leadership, and communication.
Associate Auditors participate in basic audit projects as directed by auditors-in-charge. They are responsible for developing and applying basic audit skills while performing test work in audits of business activities; applying WFAS knowledge to audits; documenting work performed according to WFAS standards and policy; identifying audit exceptions and issues; making recommendations to management; and discussing findings with auditors-in-charge, supervisors, and business partners.
The Associate Program provides exceptional grounding for those seeking careers in financial services. Upon successful completion of the program, you will remain with Audit Services.
