As a Data Analyst, you will improve business initiatives through operational enhancement while aligning our technical capabilities towards efficient and strategic business solutions. Your work will help us move beyond the numbers—and on to the narrative of what is happening, why it is happening and where things are likely to go in the future.

    Job Responsibilities Some projects you could find yourself working on include:

    • Identifying solutions to complex business problems by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and systems requirements to enhance operational performance
    • Gaining exposure to external research, business systems, and data tools that will help you further develop your career and analytical abilities including Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, R, SAS, Hadoop, Informatica, ETL, API development and microservices
    • Mining vast data stores to discover business insights and operational improvement opportunities
    • Planning and forecasting models, generating business requirements, creating functional specifications for systems development and designing tests to help define solutions
    • Managing information systems, building data foundations, understanding regression trends and performing data segmentation
    • Exposure to many business systems and data tools that will help you further develop your professional career and analytical abilities, while working with world-class financial and/or actuarial application architectures
  • Qualifications
    • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2019 and May 2020
    • Preferred majors include Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Business and Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics or any other applicable area of study. Minimum GPA of 3.3 required
    • Experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, R, Python, AWS, Text Mining Tools, SQL Server preferred
    • Strong PC skills (MS Office suite including MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook)
