BUSINESS OVERVIEW | Enterprise Finance plans, tracks, analyzes and reports financial results, manages the company’s balance sheet, including funding, capital and investments; oversees internal real estate needs; drives acquisitions; is responsible for financial controls; and leads corporate strategy. Enterprise Finance identifies areas of financial risk and mitigates efforts appropriately, improving financial performance by analyzing business unit performance and recommending areas of improvement. The group strives for excellence in customer service and client support by exhibiting behavior that is fair, reasonable, ethical, and professional by informing shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities and leaders of the company’s financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, and by following appropriate reporting guidelines.
The ENTERPRISE FINANCE PROGRAM focuses on early finance career leadership, professional development, and overall business acumen to prepare you for leadership roles in enterprise finance. As an associate, you’ll participate in key development opportunities by navigating rotational opportunities across Enterprise Finance. The rotational experience will allow you to build leadership skills while gaining a well-rounded and comprehensive exposure to finance functions at Wells Fargo. Upon successful graduation of the rotational program, associates will be aligned to team within Enterprise Finance. Placement is based on a combination of performance, prowess, and educational and technical background.
PROGRAM DURATION: JULY 2020 – AUGUST 2021
