2022 Hispanics and Latinos Fellowship Program:
Building on JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s long-standing commitment to solving some of the persistent challenges facing our communities, the firm has recently launched Advancing Hispanics & Latinos (AHL), a center of Excellence focused on advancing career opportunities, financial health and community development for Hispanics and Latinos globally
The Opportunity:
Advancing Hispanics and Latinos (AHL) Fellowship Program offers a six-week paid, full-time summer fellowship held in select JPMorgan Chase & Co. offices. The AHL Fellowship Program aims to introduce talented and motivated underrepresented college sophomores, in particular Hispanic and Latino/a students, to financial education and to the financial profession. The ideal candidate is interested in the financial industry and strengthening their business acumen.
This opportunity will expose students to hands-on experience, mentorship, and a project-based curriculum, designed to help build a pathway to future opportunities. The AHL Fellowship Program is committed to providing early professional development to students from communities underrepresented in the financial industry.
Under the Corporate & Investment Bank track, you will spend a portion of the Program learning how we support large corporates, governments, and institutions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. You will learn about the various solutions and services we provide to our clients, from raising capital to restructuring, to help them meet their strategic goals. This track will focus on our Investment Banking, Markets, Risk Management, and Wholesale Payments & Corporate Banking businesses. New York, NY is the only location option for this track. Potential placement could include any of our offices within the city’s metropolitan area.
**PLEASE NOTE: **Successful completion of the Fellowship Program can lead to an offer for one of JPMC’s summer internships the following year. If you do receive an offer for a 2023 internship, you may be considered for additional locations including: New York City, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas Metro, Boston, and Jersey City.
About You:
To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Likewise, JPMorgan Chase & Co., will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship or benefit including optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT.)
