BlackRock’s 2022 Summer Analyst Accelerator could be for you!

++Eligibility Requirements:++

BlackRock offers two accelerated interview tracks for diverse students graduating between August 2022 and July 2023. Candidates eligible for either or both programs stated below, will have the chance to attend educational webinars, network with employees, and start off the fall semester with a summer internship offer in-hand.

++**BlackRock Founders Scholarship Process **++

Open to students who identify as Black or African American, Latino or Hispanic, Native American, LGBTQ+ and/or disabled.

++Fast Track to FinTech Process++

Open to female students who have a demonstrated interest in Technology or Analytics/Risk internship opportunities.

++How to apply++

1. Submit your on-line application for the 2022 Summer Analyst Program
2. Either Check off the eligibility box in the application to be considered for the BlackRock Founders Scholarship Program or Fast Track to FinTech
3. Receive a link to complete either a virtual cover letter or a coding assessment (which is for software engineering applications only)
