    The mission of the FINANCIAL ADVISOR DEVELOPMENT TRACK (FADT) Program is to develop and advance a diverse, equitable and inclusive community of Investment Professionals to Financial Advisors dedicated to the highest standards of excellence while serving our clients.

    THE PROGRAM

    FADT is a targeted two-year program designed to provide you with a uniquely broad set of experiences that will help advance you from Investment Professional to a Financial Advisor at the firm. You’ll receive robust training to learn how to interact with clients and develop your investment and product knowledge. You’ll also receive ongoing training focused on developing your professional skills. Through targeted learning sessions and speaker events, you’ll gain experience across our businesses, including Service & Platforms, National Branch, Chase Wealth Management and J.P. Morgan Advisors. Upon completion of this program you will have the skills, experience, training, and support to successfully launch your career as a Financial Advisor.

    Within the Full-Time Analyst Program, you’ll be required to take and complete the SIE, Series 7, Series 63 and Series 66/65. These licenses will allow you to work across multiple roles and gain experience:

    • Creating great client experiences by answering calls, identifying client needs, initiating trades in capital markets, assisting with brokerage accounts and completing service-oriented transactions

    • Obtaining FINRA licenses required for the Investment Professional and the Financial Advisor role

    • Supporting all self-directed and full-service clients with order entry, money movement and account maintenance requests

    • Discussing Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) with clients, including Traditional and Roth IRAs

    • Documenting all client conversations and meeting all regulatory requirements around these activities

    Through our training curriculum, you’ll enhance your investment and business knowledge and professional and technical skills. You will have access to professional development, leadership development and financial planning and advice development training . Additionally, you’ll have access to networking, business deep dives, one-on-one mentorship, and a dedicated financial advisor mentor. You’ll also receive help and guidance from a dedicated program manager who is focused on your career progression. Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll be given the opportunity to compete for a position as a Financial Advisor in the National Branch, our remote advice channel that offers comprehensive financial planning and advice to clients.

    ABOUT YOU

    • You have a passion for client service, an interest in building a foundational career in wealth management providing financial advice and a desire to obtain and pass the FINRA SIE, and Series 7, 63 and 66/65, in addition to meeting FINRA continuing education requirements.

    • You thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment, but also work well independently.

    • You’re outgoing and use your interpersonal skills to successfully build relationships with others.

    • Your key skills and interests include:

    • A well-rounded academic background with an interest in providing exceptional client service and financial advising. Experience in finance or other finance-related courses is a plus.

    • Pursuing a B.A. or B.S. degree, with an expected graduation date between December 2022 and June 2023.

    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to create and foster strong professional relationships with business partners.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly as priorities change.

    • Organizational skills and attention to detail, demonstrating working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

    • Ability to adapt conversations to meet the needs of a diverse client base across all 50 states.
