Our NYC office offers the complete array of fixed income products to institutional accounts. We have trading, underwriting, sales and research on our floor. With over 160 institutional sales people nation-wide, sales management has many projects and deadlines in the works to create infrastructure and support for our clients and the people servicing them.
One of the biggest challenges each year is building a better process for account rotations.
