    Job Summary

    Implements or performs a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks including employee record-keeping. Often handles sensitive employee and company information, which requires that they maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Create, organize, and maintain files containing the correspondence and records of a senior colleague.
      Prepare routine letters, memoranda, reports, and similar documents following detailed instruction. This is likely to involve using the full range of functions within standard office software.

    • Carry out a wide range of HR data processing tasks as directed; advise other colleagues and provide guidance on processes when needed.

    • Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others.

    • Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization and contribute to the management of the partnering relationship, delivering high-quality professional services within established routines or as part of an agreed project.

    • Initiate and monitor the administration of onboarding and/or offboarding processes to ensure that all processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

    • Develop working knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures and of regulatory codes and codes of conduct relevant to own work, adhering to mandatory procedures to ensure own work is undertaken to the required standards.

    • Provide hardware, software, and end-user support for unresolved queries in line with documented procedures and service-level targets to support the business effectively.

    • Supports business processes without supervision by understanding and effectively using standard office equipment and standard software packages, while providing technical guidance as needed.
      Works under guidance (but not constant supervision) to analyze data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.

    • Works under guidance (but not constant supervision) to acquire, organize, protect and process data to fulfill business objectives.

    • Uses an understanding of numerical concepts to perform mathematical operations such as report analysis with guidance (but not constant supervision).

    • Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to analyze data from multiple sources to draw appropriate conclusions and make suitable recommendations.

    • Needs guidance (but not supervision) to communicate with other people by speaking in a clear, concise and compelling manner.

    Education/Previous Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 7-12 months progressively responsible human resources experience or related experience

    Licenses/Certifications

    • None Required.

    Travel

    Travel Required: Yes, 15 % of the Time

    Location - St. Petersburg office

      • Understand and effectively use standard office equipment and standard software packages to support business processes.
