    Department Overview

    Job Summary

    Engage in the design process of a built from shell data hall . Responsible for helping calculate electrical and mechanical metrics while job shadowing onsite personnel . Utilize schooling to increase analytical capacity of the department . Improve operational efficiency by providing project support to the department.

    The summer associate position is a temporary role.

    Start Date: Monday, June 1, 2026

    End Date: Friday, August 7, 2026

    Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, up to 40 hours per week.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Support recurring calculations and data validation . Set up process for when they no longer support the organization .

    • Help build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI trackers .

    • Provide administrative support for ongoing key infrastructure projects .

    • Document processes more clearly for training and continuity .

    • Free up senior staff to focus on higher-level decision-making .

    • Gain knowledge of MEP systems and how to take a thoughtful approach to the management of these systems .

    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Educational/ Previous Experience Requirements

    • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.

    • Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.

    • Eligible applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future (including beyond OPT/EAD) .
