    Our Opportunities

    When applying, you can select and rank up to three preferred Investment Banking Division (IBD) groups and locations.

    Industry Coverage Groups: Houston Power & Energy, San Francisco Healthcare, Menlo Park Technology

    Product Groups: San Francisco Financial Sponsors

    Responsibilities may include:

    • Managing and assisting in the execution of investment banking deals and transactions.
    • Performing financial analysis, strategic business analysis and detailed industry research.
    • Contributing to team discussions and client meetings.
    • Preparing and delivering client presentations in a clear and compelling manner.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • You are an MBA or a J.D. student graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
    • You have at least two to three years of work experience (preferred).
    • You can manage multiple projects, provide complicated financial analysis, and develop appropriate corporate finance solutions.
    • You have excellent analytical and decision-making abilities

    Expected base pay rate for the role will be $175,000 USD per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
