    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    The Digital Workplace team works collaboratively with internal stakeholders, peer technology groups, and third-party vendors to support iCapital's rapidly growing corporate IT & A/V footprint, which includes physical locations in the US, Canada, Portugal, Switzerland, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

    This role reports to the VP of Digital Workplace. This team is responsible for iCapital global A/V design and implementation, Microsoft Teams and Zoom architecture, and working closely and collaboratively with all groups at iCapital to deliver a world class digital experience.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Implement and design all technical audio and visual systems.

    • Perform both on-site and remote support on all A/V systems, including conference room and digital signage solutions across all offices.

    • Manage corporate Microsoft Teams and Zoom accounts and backend administration.

    • Responsible for all end user client training and best practices for all A/V and conference room solutions.

    • Maintain strong relationships with the iCapital Corporate Technology teams to ensure smooth service operations and delivery of cross-functional enterprise-wide solutions.

    • Ensure that the employees' workplace digital experience is positive and modern.

    • Perform quality checks on A/V vendor work and maintain A/V documentation.

    • Manage Okta Single Sign-On Administration.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5+ years of experience executing on the delivery of Audio-Visual services with integrated systems, digital signage, and equipment for conference rooms

    • Strong knowledge of A/V technologies such as Neat, Crestron, and Logitech

    • Experience with Zoom platform administration including Zoom Meeting, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Room

    • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration, including Teams, Room, and Equipment resources

    • Experience required with Apple macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android

    • Desire to discover and learn new technologies to improve the conferencing experience

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both senior business users and teams to deliver effective solutions

    • Strong process orientation, project management experience, problem solving ability and strategic mindset

    • Able to identify gaps in existing digital workplace infrastructure and develop and execute remediation plans

    • Strong customer service skills and white glove support experience

    • Excellent attention to detail while balancing multiple projects

    • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant certifications

    • Able to go onsite to NY office as needed

    BENEFITS

    The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

    We offer most employees the flexibility to work in the office three to four days and remotely for the remainder of the week. Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function.
