We are looking for a high energy Financial Planning & Analysis Intern currently earning their bachelors degree. The ideal candidate thrives in an ever changing, fast-paced environment and has a love for producing actionable insights from raw data. The individual must be a determined problem solver with a keen attention to detail. The FP&A intern will work closely with the FP&A team, as well as the Accounting and Sales Operations teams, to assist in many aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis. Our goal for every internship is to provide real-world experience that is beneficial to an interns successful transition to the workforce after graduation. The position reports to the Director of Financial Planning. Responsibilities: Assist in preparing quarterly bookings reporting for upper management, including researching new customer industries and tier Work closely with Accounting to ensure all vendors have accurate and detailed descriptions to aid reporting Assist with headcount planning using Host Analytics planning tool Perform analysis of Centrifys existing customer base and calculate how many Fortune 500 and G2000 companies are current customers Assist with the retention rate calculation Collaborate with Sales Operations teams to verify and clean Salesforce data Other ad hoc projects as assigned Desired Skills & Experience: Experience in data collection, analysis and reporting with great attention to detail Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint (i.e. vlookups, sumifs, pivot tables) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines Effective organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment
