DESCRIPTION
The Dealer Administrative Services Specialist is an entry level role and is responsible to process the cancellations of eligible PIF GAP ancillary products, collect from the Dealers/Fulfillment Partners and Insurance providers any unearned refunds that may be due the consumer, provides information to callers, clerical work, minor administrative and business details by performing the essential functions and responsibilities outlined.
WHAT IS A DAY IN THE LIFE AT FLAGSHIP AS A DEALER ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES SPECIALIST?
Average minimum of 60-100 calls per day.
Average minimum of 20 RPC’s (right party contact) per day.
May perform documented follow-up and collections of other dealer receivables including ancillary products, dealer negative reserve, and misrepresented equipment.
Review and verify identified expired and claims processed information obtained from F&I portal from product providers and administrators.
Composes routine correspondence.
Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records
Conducts research and follow up with insurance provider companies verifying that the ancillary product policies/agreements presented to Flagship on the Retail Sales Contract purchased by the consumer have been registered and purchased by the dealership or Fulfillment Partner on behalf of the consumer

Proficient with all Microsoft products
Knowledge of Word Processing software
